This cute skirt was designed as a way to use scraps that I refused to waste created by all the bias-cut garments.  Mitering the pieces puts them into a bias cut that is flattering and comfortable.  I only cut the multi-color version once a year, because it takes so long to lay out the scraps and match them up.  The 3-color version can be custom-ordered anytime.
